The Dingle Peninsula or Sli Chorca Dhuibhne stretches for 80 miles westwards into the Atlantic Ocean, with a mountain range as its spine. The peninsula is dotted with over 2000 monuments from as far back as the Neolithic age. Along this spectacular coastline of southwest Dingle are views of the Blasket Islands and in this image we see the Great Blasket Island. |
